
Effective June 1, 2021- PPAH is following CDC COVID-19 Guidelines which states "Fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear mask or physically distance in any setting." We recommend that staff or clients that have not been vaccinated wear masks in all interactions.
- When arriving for an appointment, please call our office (480) 585-7511 from your vehicle to check in. Our staff will direct you on the next steps.
- If your pet is scheduled for an exam with the Doctor, we will allow 2 individuals to accompany the pet to the exam room.
- When arriving at the hospital to pick up food/prescriptions/products, please call from your vehicle first. Based on capacity of our lobby our staff will give instructions to enter the hospital or complete your transaction curbside.
We insist that clients reschedule any appointments if they (or members of their household) test positive for COVID-19, are showing signs of respiratory illness that can be associated with COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone showing symptoms or known to be positive. There is no penalty for rescheduling appointments.
