Dr. Madison Phillips
Dr. Madison Phillips is a trusted and compassionate leader in the field of companion animal medicine, currently pursuing board certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) in Canine and Feline General Practice. With a strong clinical emphasis on gastrointestinal disorders, evidence-based nutrition, and internal medicine, she brings a comprehensive and forward-thinking approach to everyday and complex veterinary cases.
Dr. Madi is also undergoing advanced training in diagnostic imaging and will soon offer abdominal ultrasound, echocardiography, and internal medicine consults to expand access to specialty-level care within the general practice setting. Her mission is to bridge the gap between primary care and specialty medicine by delivering progressive diagnostics, personalized treatment plans, and collaborative case management.
Dr. Madi grew up in the East Valley after spending her early years in Arkansas, Texas, and Maryland. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, focusing on genetics and biochemistry. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree as a member of the inaugural Class of 2018 at Midwestern University – Glendale College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Phillips is an active member of the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association and holds certification as a Veterinary First Responder, trained to assist in emergency response during natural disasters in the state.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Madi is a devoted wife to her husband Nate, a doctor of physical therapy who is currently working for the family business and expanding the company. Together, they are the proud parents of three children—Grayson, their angel baby who watches over them, and two beautiful daughters, Kemrie and Amelia. Their home is full of love, laughter, and four-legged family members, including two dogs (Otis and Hemi) and two cats (Tabitha and Blackjack Daniels).
When she’s not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Madi recharges through faith, music, and adventure. She performs weekly with the Arizona Winds Concert Band as an oboist and enjoys motocross, rowing/kayaking, CrossFit, sewing/quilting, and off-road desert adventures.
Her professional philosophy is rooted in clear communication, clinical excellence, and creating lasting partnerships with pet parents. Dr. Madi strives to be a light in both her profession and community—offering compassionate, high-quality care that makes a difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them.
